System Architecture

"From precise weight detection to real-time data insights,
our seamlessly integrated system empowers businesses to optimize production and ensure consistent quality !"

The InnoWeigh system architecture is designed to enable efficient and real-time weight monitoring by integrating hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions. At the core of the system, Arduino-based weight sensors are deployed across the production line to accurately measure the weight of each product. These sensors transmit the collected data wirelessly to a local computer, eliminating the need for physical connections and offering flexibility in deployment.

The local computer, powered by Python scripts, processes and formats the data to ensure it meets the required standards before transmitting it securely to the cloud using HTTPS protocols. Once in the cloud, the data is stored and managed through robust cloud infrastructure, which provides scalability, security, and seamless integration of data from multiple sources.

For visualization and decision-making, the system sends the processed data to platforms like Grafana, where intuitive dashboards display key production metrics such as weight trends, anomaly detection, and operational efficiency.

This architecture creates a cohesive flow from data collection to real-time monitoring, empowering businesses to optimize production processes and improve product quality through data-driven insights.
